Payment Methods

We currently accept debit/credit cards, back transfers (ACH) and Apple Pay and PayPal upon approval.

Communication

Our regular business hours are Monday-Thursday 10am-5pm (EST). Sundays requested for an additional booking fee of $50 (not prorated). During these hours you can expect consistent communication, updates, and task support. I do not monitor messages outside of business hours, on weekends or during the observed holidays unless otherwise arranged in advance.

Preferred Contact Methods

Email is my primary communication method. You can reach me directly at [email protected]. This helps me track requests clearly and respond in an organized, timely manner. If you prefer another method like Slack, Trello comments or a shared dashboard, we will confirm that during onboarding.

Response Time

I aim to respond to all messages within 24 business hours. In most cases, you'll hear back from me much sooner. During high volume periods or holidays, I'll communicate any changes in response time in advance. For urgent or time-sensitive issues, please use "UREGENT" in your subject line.

Penalties & Additional Fees

To maintain fairness and keep projects on track. The following penalties may apply:

- Late payment fee: $25 per week after invoice due date.

- No-Show Meeting Fee: $30 if a scheduled call is missed with out 24 hours notice.

- Scope Creep Fee: Any work the falls outside of our agreed-upon scope maybe billed at my current hourly rate or require a revised service agreement.

To maintain fairness and keep projects on track. The following penalties may apply:

I do occasionally take personal or vacation time throughout the year. When I do, here's what you can expect:

- Advance Notice: You will receive at least 1 weeks notice for any planned time off lasting more than one business day outside of the days listed above.

- Coverage & Preparations: I'll work ahead on priority tasks and communicate deadlines in advance so your workflow stays on track.

- Holiday Season Downtime: I typically take addition time off between Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's and will provide those dates no later than the 15th of the month.

-Urgent Requests: If an urgent need arises before my time off, and it is not a previously agreed-upon task, it will be considered a rush request and subject to an additional fee. I will do my best to accommodate these request when possible, but availability is not guaranteed.
